SHOPPING ONLINE

Shopping online is easy with us. Browse through our items. Place an order via email or order form and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received.

STOCK STATUS

1. "Sold Out" means that the item is no longer available.
2. "Temporarily Out of Stock" refers to an item that is currently unavailable but will be restocked shortly.
3. "Reserved Items" means stocks are reserved for other customer for maximum 3 days before letting it go to another interested customers.
4. Sale Items marked "Sale" are not refundable or exchangeable. Final Sale Items are discounted items marked for clearance.

Can I change my order?
Please make all changes before confirmation as once an order has been posted (for delivery) it cannot be changed or canceled. Pricing All prices quoted are listed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

SPECIAL REQUEST
We are happy to accommodate any special requests (e.g. if it's a gift and you would like to attach a special note) Just include your instructions as "Special Requests" in your email or at 'Remarks' column in order form.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
1. Bank Transfer via ATM or internet banking to our Maybank & CIMB account.
2. COD – List of available COD places will be emailed upon request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days once payment is received. Add on the delivery estimate below.

How much does shipping cost?

We are attached to one courier service which is very liable and fast.

1) Peninsular Malaysia (RM6.00) - per delivery

2) Sabah (RM 10.00) - per delivery

3) Sarawak (RM 10.00) - per delivery

4) International delivery - please email us.

Notes: For any item weighs more than 500g, we will notify upon confirmation by the courier service.

C.O.D

1) Cash on delivery is available only on selected areas (email us for the list)

2) Please note that COD depends on the appointment time fixed cause we are also the working Juicies!

3)All the charges are included fuel surcharge and GST.

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost, just email us at thejuicycloset@gmail.com.

The Juicy Closet is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Can I pick up my order directly from you?
Yes. COD (cash on delivery) is available at certain stated areas. Please email us for COD list.

How do I track my order?
For orders shipped by registered mail (including all international orders) – check the delivery status of your parcel online tracking system (depending on the courier services which info will be provided upon confirmation of order).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and Exchanges are not allowed unless customers can prove that The Juicy Closet is responsible then The Juicy Closet will attend to a formal complaint appropriately.

*How do I return an item?
Email us (subject "Return") with your name & address, order number, item description and reason for return. Please wait for our reply and instructions before shipping an item back to us. Once we receive the item in good order, we will email you for the next course of action. Return policy is within 5 days after receiving your products.

To achieve an accurate measurement, make sure you wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust.

Size: S / Bust up to: 36" (80) / Waist up to: 27" / Hips up to: 36"
Size: M / Bust up to: 38” (85) / Waist up to: 29" / Hips up to: 38"
Size: L / Bust up to: 40” (90) / Waist up to: 31" / Hips up to: 40"
Size: XL / Bust up to: 42" (95) / Waist up to: 33" / Hips up to: 42"

Juicy Fashion Tips

*Try on all of your favorite clothes. Take notes on how they fit and flatter you. Then shop for similar colors, fabrics, shapes and lengths.

*A great fit can make an outfit, just as a poor fit can break it!

*A well-cut suit is one of the most flattering outfits you can own.

*Remember: dark tones create a long line.

*Choose a fingertip length jacket or one that falls mid-hip.

*Pants should be straight leg or boot cut and the hem should be worn slightly long.

*Select flat knit, fine rib and jersey tops; Choose pants with flapless pockets, flat fronts with just enough stretch for added comfort.

*Know thyself - Know your proportions!
-Skinny bottom half? Wear a full top over narrow pants
-Short waisted? Wear a long top and short skirt
-Petite torso? Wear a fitted top with full pants
-Long waisted? Pair a short top with long bottoms

*Show off the trimmest parts of your body by combining a tight fitting piece with a loose fitting one.

*Any color worn head to toe in a clean, unbroken line will produce a dynamically slimming effect.

*Don't worry if separates don't match exactly. Tonal variations are a creative alternative.

*Taller bodies can take larger prints and more contrast.

*The darker a print's background, the slimmer the look.

*Blouses: a collared shirt always gives a torso a few good inches and frames the face handsomely.

*A slim v-neck makes the neck appear longer and is usually very flattering.

*Boatnecks are great for minimizing waists and hips, while maximizing sexy shoulders.

*If your legs are fuller inside, try a side slit. If your legs are fuller outside, a mid-front or back slit is a better choice.

*There is never an excuse for panty lines! A thong is a girl's best friend - they even come with tummy control.

*Bright colors bring attention to an area - make sure you wear them wisely and only on your most flattering body parts.

*Dark hosiery is in this fall. While brightly colored turquoise and scarlet hose may look great in the store window, muted hues like teal and wine are much more flattering. Match the shoe and the hose color to tighten the look even more.

*A shoulder bag tucked quietly under the arm is most flattering.

*Stilettos are back and in spite of the discomfort at times - they make your legs look like a million dollars!

1. Juicy buyers can reserve the fancied items but reservations of goods are based on first come first serve basis.
2. Juicy goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
3. The Juicy Closet allows our juicy buyers to reserve a maximum of 3 days & payment is to be made within the said period. The Juicy Closet will cancel of the reservations after the refinement period.
4. The Juicy Closet will proceed to deliver the goods after payment has been made and notified by sms or email.
5. Any courier/post charges to be borne by juicy buyers unless notify otherwise by The Juicy Closet.
6. Any released items (after the refinement period)'s situation is expected to be handled professionally without any heart feeling ;)

Please note that COD time on weekdays will be at nights only as we will be working until 6pm everyday (Mon- Fri).
